Smooth Installation, Money back when overcharged
It was an extremely easy process for ordering carpet, setting up the installation appointment, and having the carpet installed (it helped that we had ripped up and thrown away the carpet on our own to make the installation take less time).
When we realized that an installation discount was not being applied because we had not ordered the carpet in person, Home Depot was quick to get our money back (we were unaware we needed to order in person since the discount showed up on our quote when we paid for it over the phone). They also refunded us when our stairs ended up being too steep, and the carpet too thick to install it hollywood style and were done waterfall instead.
